About Leadership

Roxeth Green Free Church is led by a five person Core Leadership Team comprising:

Jim Bole
Betty Bowden
Caroline Herbert
David Herbert
Richard Pedlar
Chris Soundararaj

As a cell church we also have cell leaderships who have pastoral responsibility for their cell groups under the overall authority of the Core Leadership Team.

David Herbert is the cell group supervisor.

Jim & Susan Bole, Caroline Herbert, Christopher & Marion Sharp and Heather & Mark Knight are all cell leaders.

John Stickland and Mark Bowden are assistant leaders in their cells, supporting the cell leaders and helping to develop and nurture cell members.
