Roxeth Community Church is an evangelical, charismatic church located in Harrow. Our vision is to love God, to love each other, and to love those who don’t know Christ.
From the late 1950’s until February this year we were known as Roxeth Green Free Church. On March 1st we turned the page on a new chapter in our life with a new name: Roxeth Community Church. Over the past few years we realised that a new name would better reflect who and what we are. We are a community of Jesus, taking Jesus to the community and the new name captures those two aspects of the church more clearly.
We are situated in a multicultural residential area in South Harrow and made up of people from a wide range of ages and backgrounds. We really celebrate that diversity; for us it is the amazing work of Jesus, bringing people from many different cultures, ages, races and countries together as his one people united in and around him.
You are more than welcome to join us on a Sunday morning (10:45am-12:15pm). At our Sunday service we meet to worship God, open the Bible together and seek God’s presence and life among us. All ages are catered for, from crèche to adult, in an informal and friendly atmosphere.
Growing in Jesus and growing more like him is our united life’s work and so we highly value small discipleship groups that meet in homes throughout the week. Each has a different feel, reflecting its members, but all meet to create smaller communities of encouragement and growth as members learn together what it means to know and love the Lord Jesus.
People with special needs are very welcome and we have a hearing aid loop, wheelchair access and a disabled-access toilet.
Roxeth Community Church is an independent church with church members, core leadership team and trustees. We are also members of the Evangelical Alliance.
