Roxeth football

Enthusiasts. That’s a good description of the Roxeth football team. That’s not to say that there isn’t quality mixed in – it’s just been a little bit rationed. For one of the only church teams to boast a home and away kit – think Inter Milan and Norwich City – we haven’t been overly prolific in matches played (one) but we love the beautiful game and Christened our home kit against a London Underground team in the Spring. The score in many ways is an irrelevance and to go into detail would be like talking about money in polite society – unnecessary and churlish. All you need to know is that we had a great time and we are always looking for new players. If you’d like to play, do let us know, you’ll be really welcome.
