Missionaries
While all Christians are missionaries in its most literal meaning of the word, Roxeth Green Free Church supports two families that have responded to God’s call to work for him overseas or within different cultures.
David and Cilla Pritchard have been members of the church here for over thirty years and felt God call them to Spain in the early 1970’s. After many and varied adventures, they now live in Madrid and enjoy a large family of children and grandchildren.
Cilla teaches English to business people and David is national co-ordinator of children’s ministries for Scripture Union in Spain, and an accredited teacher of Godly Play which mixes story telling with questions and interactive reflection to enrich the faith of children, enabling them to encounter God and his word deeply and with great poignancy.

Our other missionary family work for Operation Mobilisation, which exists to transform lives and communities with the love of God and the gospel of Jesus. While the family are based in the UK, much of their work involves overseas visits in order to build the Church in countries that are not ostensibly Christian.

Please pray for both families. Pray that God would bless both them and their work – each have heavy schedules and, at times, great demands upon them concerning travel and periods away from home. Pray that God would produce lasting fruit for his Kingdom from their ministries.
